I thought I would create a page to give you some background on myself & my crafting
I have been crafting since a young child always encouraged by my mother. I have over the years created with crochet & knitting (even using the things made - on cards). I have done quilling, teabag folding, encaustic wax art, scrap booking, & rubber stamping. I am sure I have left something out ......... oh yes, Parchment Craft.
Now that modern technology has moved into the craft world I find that I also love working with Cd's & use "My Craft Studio" Cd's quite a bit.
Then in 2009 I discovered Digital Scrap booking (& card making too) through Serif Craft Artist & added this to my list of crafts using it to turn my many photos into memory albums. In 2010 I made my first digital album for a family wedding which I created in the form of a Wedding Preparations Album which I then presented to my new daughter in law.
Many photos have now been placed on digital pages but there are many more sitting around in boxes still to be done.
I have also discovered the great world of challenge blogs - & I am enjoying taking part in these as often as I can.
My main craft interest is actually Rubber Stamping a craft I discovered back in 1986, but was properly introduced to it by Caroline Rawcliffe of CaroLines Creative Stamps. If you wish to find out more about that then go to my Rubber Stamping blog - just selecting the tab at the top of the Home page
